Update: 9/18/2025: Today was another fairly quiet day overall. We did have a steady stream of visitors—doctors, nurses, rehab staff, pain management professionals, and more—checking in throughout the day. Timmy also came by and worked with her on some physical therapy, which was good for her.

It seems we are getting closer to a transfer to a rehab facility. Right now, the biggest factor holding things up is her drain, which is still producing at a higher rate than what’s needed for the move.

She did have a tough day emotionally. The room has no real windows, just a fake one, and it’s beginning to feel very closed in for her. More than anything, she’s really missing home—especially her babies.
